HR Forms Vol. 2

IT is not everyday that a lawyer is beside HR personnel to advise them on legal matters. In most cases, the HR staff or practitioner must make timely decisions on their own. In many cases, the wrong procedure or poorly written notice to an employee becomes the basis of a labor case. Labor cases are won or lost depending primarily on how those who implement employee relations policies do their jobs. Without the basic knowledge on employment laws, this part of HR function can spell disaster for the company whether for wrongful suspension or termination.

Business owners, managers, key personnel and anyone who is not a lawyer, may find it difficult to foresee all of the legal consequences of every decision affecting employees or workers, particularly when it involves employee discipline.

HR Forms, Notices and Contracts, Volume 2 aims to provide business owners, HR managers, staff or personnel, and HR practitioners with the necessary tools for implementing discipline without violating laws.

This book contains useful samples of :

  • Employee Handbook
  • Code of Conduct
  • Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Dismissal notices for abandonment, falsification, theft, pornography, immorality, etc.
  • Termination notices for redundancy, installation of labor-saving devices, retrenchment and disease
  • Suspension of operations notices
  • Reinstatement notice

This thick compilation of notices and forms has over 300 pages of useful documents for your office, company, small business or library.

HR Forms Vol. 2 — 1 Comment

  1. Hello there,

Currently I am setting up HR Department in one of the Company that my boss will open, that would be another Company that I am going to handle. My Company right now and that Company which will be opened soon is of the same owner.

Now I am using your book, since I bought one before, as a reference in making Code of Conduct for this new Company. I would just hope that it is pretty fine with you. Most of what I come up are coming from this book.

    Thank you and God bless.
